Solutions for Your Filtration Needs
Ten Steps.
All Under One Roof.
Nothing is subcontracted. Every stage — from the yarn that arrives at the gate to the made-up that leaves it — happens inside our plant, under one quality record.
-
01
Inward Yarn
High quality yarns sourced from reputed suppliers, checked in against specification before they enter production.
-
02
Yarn Twisting
In-house twisting frames set ply and turns per metre to the weave and the filtration duty, so yarn reaches the loom already matched to the cloth it will become.
-
03
Yarn Heat-Setting
Autoclave heat-setting relaxes and locks the yarn ahead of warping, which holds pore geometry steady when the cloth later meets heat and pressure in service.
-
04
Warping
In-house sectional warper ensures accurate tension control and uniform warp preparation.
-
05
Weaving
Brand new German Dornier rapier looms for high precision weaving and superior fabric quality.
-
06
Fabric Processing
In-house stentor and calendering machines for stable dimensions and optimized filtration performance.
-
07
Inspection / Packing
Automatic rolling cum inspection machine ensures defect-free fabric and consistent presentation.
-
08
Fabric Cutting
Laser cutting machine for precise cutting with clean edges and minimal material wastage.
-
09
Stitching
Japanese JUKI make automatic, PLC controlled stitching machines for strong, consistent and reliable seams.
-
10
Finished Filter Made-Ups
Ready-to-install filter press cloths delivered with precision and care.
What That Means for You
Single Chain of Custody
Because the yarn, the fabric and the made-up never leave our control, a performance question can be traced back through every stage to the lot it started in.
Shorter Lead Times
No waiting on a subcontractor's queue. Weaving, finishing and fabrication are scheduled together, which is why stocked items dispatch the same day.
Genuine Customisation
Changing a weave density, a finish or a seam pattern is a production instruction — not a commercial negotiation with a third party.
Filter Fabrication Centre
Our advanced Filter Fabrication Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art cutting, stitching and finishing systems to manufacture high-precision filter made-ups that ensure leak-proof performance and longer service life.
- Laser cutting to DWG files — no tool wear, highly repeatable
- HSGM thermal cutting with instant edge sealing
- JUKI PLC-controlled stitching with programmable patterns
- Fepatex automatic eyelet punching

Our Own Line, Our Own Specification
Beyond the weaving hall, our plant runs six further stages in-house — from yarn preparation through finishing, cutting and final inspection. These lines were specified by DFR and commissioned with technology partners across Europe, Asia and India, then configured around our own widths, finishes and filtration duties rather than bought to a catalogue standard. It is the part of the process we discuss with customers rather than publish.
Twisting
Stage 01 · Yarn preparation
Twisted to our own turn
Ply and twist per metre set to the weave and the filtration duty, so yarn reaches the loom already matched to the cloth it will become — not bought to a supplier’s standard count.
Heat-Setting
Stage 02 · Yarn preparation
Stabilised before it is woven
Autoclave heat-setting relaxes and locks the yarn ahead of warping, which is what holds pore geometry steady when the cloth later meets heat and pressure in service.
Warping
Stage 03 · Beam preparation
Digital tension control
Even tension across the full beam — what keeps woven pore size consistent edge to edge, on cloth up to 3 mtr wide.
& Finishing
Stage 04 · Fabric treatment
Permeability set, not inherited
In-house stentor and calender lines fix dimensional stability and surface finish to the duty, so cake release is engineered rather than hoped for.
Cutting
Stage 05 · Fabrication
Cut to drawing, edges sealed
Precise patterns with minimal wastage, cut from your own press dimensions, with the edge sealed as it is cut so it cannot fray in service.
& Rolling
Stage 06 · Final check
Rolls up to 2000 mtr, jointless
Every metre passes an illuminated screen before packing, so a defect is found here and not at your press.
Everything under one roof — and we will show you all of it.
Yarn to finished made-up, with no subcontracted step. We keep the equipment detail of our preparation, finishing and fabrication lines off the public web, and share it in full with serious buyers and partners.
Come and walk the floor.
Customers and prospective partners are welcome at our Chhatral plant. We will show you the looms, the finishing line, the fabrication centre and the laboratory — and the records behind them.
